2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
