2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Varying physical activities in different temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
