2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. This Full-Time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour. The role entails various schedules, such as A1, A2, B, C, and D, each with unique working days and off days.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Handle merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Perform various physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
