2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Mondays and Tuesdays off weekly.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesdays and Thursdays off weekly.
• Schedule B: Saturdays and Sundays, 2 out of every 3 weeks.
• Schedule C: Saturdays and Sundays every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, and drives for success.
• Efficient in organization and execution.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
