2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. In this role, you will perform various warehouse duties efficiently and contribute to the smooth operations of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines, including sorting, organizing, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to management.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
