2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Package Handler, your responsibilities include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise in the warehouse, organizing and loading merchandise for shipment, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, provide input to improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
