2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse environment requires individuals who are hardworking and thrive in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities like bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
