2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and report any safety concerns.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
