2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. The position involves selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading goods, warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and effective communication with peers and warehouse leadership. In addition, the role requires collaborating with the team to improve processes, inspecting product quality, and achieving budgeted goals. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaborate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute with efficiency. The physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
