2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Your responsibilities will include relocation of products, cleaning duties, inventory management, and collaboration with team members and leadership to enhance warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Act independently within your responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently perform tasks, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
