2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety, acting independently within your responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team environment.
