Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist management in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
