2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, ensuring proper handling of merchandise, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Physical agility to handle various warehouse tasks in different environments.
