Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our growing team at Aldi. This part-time position involves efficient stock selection, relocation, sorting, and loading in a dynamic warehouse environment. The role requires collaboration, organization, and the ability to uphold high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in alignment with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and support budget goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and success orientation.
• Ability to interpret and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
