2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with peers and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborative teamwork, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and operating powered equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
