2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, loading, and relocating merchandise in the warehouse to fulfill orders and maintain warehouse standards. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvement, and ensure product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock merchandise effectively.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process enhancement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Work effectively independently and within a team.
