Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that merchandise is received, organized, and prepared for shipment accurately and in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
  • Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
  • Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Provide input to improve processes and warehouse operations.
  • Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work in varying temperatures and environments.
