2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring timely deliveries to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, team collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, push, pull, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
