2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
