We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, sorted, and prepared for shipment accurately and on time.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Act independently within the scope of responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse protocols.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
