Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following proper guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and support budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work efficiently in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
