2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. The average work hours are less than 30 per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Through comprehensive training and safety programs, we ensure that our associates have the necessary skills to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, following company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
