2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our logistics operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to perform your duties effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
