2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our Aldi family. You will be part of our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. This part-time position offers fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a warehouse team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse standards, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments and back-hauls.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
