Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and identify safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
