Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. If you are a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this position is perfect for you. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
