2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. The 2nd shift begins at 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocating merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise for shipment.
• Ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborating with peers and leadership effectively.
• Participating in inventory counts and suggesting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting products up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating warehouse equipment.
• Working in varied temperatures and environments.
