2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift begins at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Perform various physical tasks throughout the warehouse
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment
