Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks including stock selection, merchandise handling, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and communicate any concerns to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
