2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and contribute to achieving budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
