3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for tasks such as selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Your role will involve collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment and adhere to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and walk throughout the warehouse.
