3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and participating in inventory counts. The role includes collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, inspecting product quality, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or in a team environment.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects, work in varying temperatures, and operate equipment.
