Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and leading a team of warehouse associates to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee the receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage expenses and inventory to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to drive success and lead a high-performance team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
• Physical ability to work in varying temperatures and lift heavy objects.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
