Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee daily product receiving, selection, and shipping.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
• Develop action plans to improve operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Interact effectively with peers and warehouse personnel.
• Collaborate with divisional areas and communicate relevant information.
• Provide input to improve warehouse operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Work in varying temperatures
• Standing, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
