Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse personnel in receiving, selecting, and shipping products.
• Monitor and manage processes for inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve peak performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and align a team towards success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
