3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and appearance standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the warehouse team.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely, follow ergonomic program, and report quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and work efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
