General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operations.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performances.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.
• Support values-driven culture focused on creativity, integrity, collaboration, growth, and wellness.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Service Center, transportation, or related experience desired. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
