General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain proper load plans, ensuring safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks according to schedules, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe practices.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center operations and transportation, with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
