Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. This position is based in Denver, CO, offering you the opportunity to be part of one of the largest and most trusted LTL carriers in the country.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, monitor performance, and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Promote safe handling, storage of hazardous materials, and foster teamwork to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center, transportation, or related field.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight, imports, exports, and freight handling techniques.
