ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for freight operations.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Create a safe working environment and handle hazardous materials with care.
• Work collaboratively in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
