Actuarial Analyst Senior

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst Senior to join our team at USAA. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing actuarial analyses to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and ensure financial strength. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely in the continental U.S. with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Apply proficient knowledge of the business, products, and processes.
• Utilize actuarial modeling software for pricing, valuation, and risk management.
• Maintain price levels, data availability, and profitability goals.
• Identify trends, gains, and losses by product and assumption.
• Communicate insights to actuarial and non-actuarial stakeholders.
• Adhere to USAA Actuarial Program and Cross Train Program Guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of Actuarial/business/analytical experience + CAS exams: 1, 2, 3F, MA S-I, and MA S-II.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and programming languages or modeling software.
• Experience with actuarial pricing methodologies and visualizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
