Job Description
Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc is seeking a full-time Agronomy Applicator to join our team. The role involves applying crop nutrients and protection products, maintaining equipment, and providing professional service. We are looking for a mechanically-inclined individual who enjoys working outdoors and operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals according to recommendations.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and perform mechanical work.
- Keep accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Deliver products to customers and promote business growth.
- Train seasonal employees and operate equipment safely.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain and maintain a CDL.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
