Job Description
Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc is seeking an Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver to join our team. This full-time position involves applying crop nutrients and protection products, maintaining application vehicles and equipment, and ensuring quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a mechanical aptitude, enjoy working outdoors, and operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals following recommendations and guidelines.
- Maintain facility and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and appearance.
- Perform mechanic work on vehicles as needed.
- Complete applicator logs and reports accurately.
- Manage product inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Promote business with customers and ensure timely product delivery.
- Obtain and maintain a CDL license with necessary endorsements.
- Operate equipment safely and comply with traffic laws and regulations.
- Train seasonal employees and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
