Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi, a renowned retail management company. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team. You will assist in implementing action plans to improve operating results, communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations, and uphold company policies to provide outstanding customer service.

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
