Aldi is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering a positive team environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to staff.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory levels, merchandise products, and optimize sales.
  • Supervise daily operations, address customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Uphold store cleanliness standards and ensure proper stock levels.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
