Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, leading a team to success, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the store manager to develop and implement operational strategies for improved performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team to achieve desired results.
  • Identify and provide training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and suggest adjustments to maintain our market position.
  • Ensure inventory procedures, product presentation, and customer service meet company standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
