Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising activities, ensuring overall performance, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance team growth. You will also be responsible for communicating company values, monitoring the competitive environment, providing product feedback, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires physical demands such as stocking merchandise and the ability to operate store equipment. Additionally, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to lead a team effectively, interpret company policies, and handle financial aspects efficiently.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
  • Prior management experience a plus.
