Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing schedules, developing action plans, and promoting a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader in improving store operating results through action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience. Prior management experience is a plus.
