Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, overseeing overall store performance, developing operational plans, and identifying training opportunities for team growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Ensure quality customer service and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
