Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily store operations, managing schedules, and ensuring the overall performance of the store. You will work closely with the leadership team to implement action plans, provide training opportunities for staff development, and maintain a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.

• Strong understanding of inventory management and customer service.
